In-store Purchase Guarantee:

Sanctuary Aquatics guarantees that any freshwater fish with a cost of $25 or less will be alive for 48 hours after in-store purchase. No other guarantee is made for coral or fish purchased in-store.

However, a customer may place a 50% deposit on a fish that is not in quarantine with a value of at least $25 and request that the fish be held by Sanctuary Aquatics for up to 14 days. If the fish dies during that 14 day period, the deposit will be reimbursed to the customer. If the fish is not picked up by the customer within 5 days of the end of the requested holding period (unless special arrangements have been made with Sanctuary Aquatics), the deposit will be forfeited and the fish may be sold by Sanctuary Aquatics to another customer.
