The Peach Hammer is a great addition to any Euphylia collection. This branching Hammer coral has peach tips with a purple body. It is around 1 to 1.5 inches when fully open.
The Hammer coral is a large polyp stony coral that is a popular choice in any saltwater reef aquarium. Their name comes from the hammer-shaped tentacles, which can be a variety of colors from green, tan or brown with color tips. Hammer coral can also be called Anchor Coral or Euphylia Hammer coral. They are a staple in the hobby for generations and are found throughout the Pacific reefs.
Hammer coral require a moderate level of care. Medium water flow and do best with moderate lighting. They are generally placed near the bottom of the tank. They can be aggressive with nearby coral, so placement should be considered.
